- Our pricing is per user. Each user is covered across all their devices — desktop, laptop, and mobile. This is simpler and typically more cost-effective for businesses where employees use multiple devices.
- Can I mix plans (some users on Essential, others on Professional)?
- Yes, with a minimum of 80% of users on the same plan. For example, a 20-person business could have 16 users on Professional and 4 users on Essential. We generally recommend keeping all users on the same plan for consistent security posture.
- Do prices include HST/GST?
- All prices shown are exclusive of applicable Canadian taxes (HST/GST). Your invoice will show the applicable tax based on your province of operation.
